RCS Designation from the Lee Building Industry Association

Four Obtain RCS Designation in Fort Myers Michael Phillips of Enduring Services, John Odom IV General Contractor, Mike Claypool of Gulf-to-Bay Construction and Tom Governale of Alvian Homes earned their Residential Construction Superintendent (RCS) designation through the Lee BIA in Fort Myers. This nationally recognized designation program covers topics identified by members of the National Association of Home Builders as critical to a field supervisory job. The curriculum includes general project management, scheduling, homeowner relations, safety, codes, and office and subcontractor relations. Congratulations to each graduate.
