Alvian Homes dba Drywall Disaster have been awarded the contract for the remediation and restoration of a 2007 built 6-plex located in Cape Coral, FL.  All six units have been determined by USBCI  to contain problematic corrosive drywall of Chinese origin.  The remediation will follow the Building Envelope Science Institutes (BESI) protocol.  Project expected to be completed in approximately 90 days from commencement.
