Since the origins of our company in 1987 Alvian Homes has been a full financial disclosure company.  As such we disclose to you in the form of a detailed spread sheet all costs associated to the construction of your home from the kitchen sink to the dumpster outside including our profit.  Everything is wholesaled to you without any builder mark up.  All costs are equally substaintiated by valid estimates from the quality subcontractors we use.  Each contractors is aware of the commitment we have with each of our clients and they know that we constantly challege them against their direct competition to ensure our clients are receiving the best value possible without comprise to quality. 

A further benefit to the spread sheet is that you will know in advance every single allowance for the entire project.  Changes in product or material selections are done with ease.  For the clients that have taken an active roll in the product selections they have found themselves saving thousands over the entire project by taking advantage of sale or closeout pricing.  Periodic updates of the spread sheet are provided throughout construction so you may keep track of any changes that have been made.
